A Mentorship with Mystery is a deep alchemical process of transformation.

To ensure a holistic work & impactful transformation, Mystery works with a 3 layered session approach.
She will send you an initial, in-depth preparation task, which supports getting very clear and specific about the intentions and desired transformation for the Mentorship.
As we proceed the journey, each session has a preparational task, such as an inner inquiry, journaling prompt, embodied exploration, ritual or meditation. Then we will have our session, which lasts around 75-90 minutes. After each session, you will have a task, that supports the integration or further unravels, what we discovered. This can again be a somatic journey, closing / opening ritual, a uniquely recorded meditation or a journaling practice.
At the end of the Mentorship, we will reflect on the process, tie loose ends and finish with a closing ceremony together.

During the Mentorship Mystery will use a mix of different tools, but most important her clear intuition, her ability to deeply listen beyond the words & her clear psychic senses.
Through inner journeys, trance techniques, meditations, regressions, challenging inquiries, visualizations or more psychotherapeutic methods, such as IFS, you will be guided into places you didn’t know existed
